James "Jim" Harry Orchard Jr. age 80, a resident of New Bern, passed away January 18 2026. He is survived by his two sons, Jimmy and John. He was a member of the New Bern Volunteer Fire Department, was retired from Weyerhaeuser and served proudly as a Marine in Vietnam. Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory is honored to serve the Orchard family.
