Jennifer was born in Whitter, CA, March 25, 1973, she attended Santa Ynez High School in California. Jennifer was a loving mother (married in Beaufort, SC, on Oct. 13, 2001), a devoted grandmother, avid beachcomber, protective sibling, caring Christian, and a joyous blithe spirit. She passionately loved her family and friends. Even though she was small in stature she had an enormous heart and personality. Jennifer lived her life to the fullest in every way. Jennifer Marie Owens will be deeply and forever missed.
She is survived by her husband Robert W. Owens ,Jr.; sons, Aaron Owens, Robert W. Owens, III, Aidden Owens; daughter Ashlynn Jean-Marie Moreland; parents, Janet and Butch Culliton,Kenneth and Sylvia Kopcho: siblings Kris Kopcho, Jami Steele, Nicole Richards, Ryan Culliton, and Brent Morgan.
Memorial services will be held in Arroyo Grande, CA, on June 18, 2016.
