Joel Gray Mullins, 80, of New Bern, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023. Joel was born on August 9, 1943 in Clintwood, Virginia to late Newton and Lura Mullins.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years Linda Mullins, son Brian Mullins, daughter Kristi Mullins (Frank), granddaughter Madelyn "Mattie" Frank, and five brothers and sister.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his honor to either The Colonial Capital Humane Society 2302 Trent Road in New Bern, NC 28560 or Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America https://raisedonors.com/myasthenia/donatenow.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for the spring of 2024 in Clintwood, Virginia.
