Still miss bowling and mingling with Joyce and her sister Vivian .  If we weren't bowling, I could always find Joyce at one of our hobby shops or our library sales.  Reading and crafting beautiful  jewelry  was her mainstay.  Yet her love and closeness with her sister was the part of her life that I cherished most about her.  When there was one, generally the other was by their side.  My heart broke when tragedy separated them.  I know they are happy being reunited.  To the family, I know the loss  of Joyce was deeply felt, heartbreaking  to your core, yet you have beautiful memories and her love still surrounds each of you.  I, personally am thankful to have known both Joyce and Vivian.  I can't help but include both in this condolence because I can't think of one without the other.  They could bring laughter and cheer into my life by just being in their presence.  Rest easy and know you are remembered with love and happy times.

You shared your life story with me.  I would be cleaning the bathroom and something would pop in my mind and I’d go talk to you.  Many times you’d speak of those beautiful grandchildren.  One time your son asked him if he wanted to talk to grandma and he said ‘no’.  You loved that!  (. Makes me smile to think sbout it).  I could tell you about having breast cancer and you understood. To Carol, Dennis and families:  I am so sorry for the loss of your mom.  I loved Aunt Joyce and have so many great memories.  All the camping trips, sleepovers, playing in the pool, and all the times Aunt Joyce and Uncle Eddie played cards with mom and dad.  They will always be in my heart, as will you.  Memories help keep our loved ones close.  Aunt Joyce will be sorely missed.  I am thankful that I got to reconnect with her recently.  Sending hugs and my love to your family during this difficult time.

I just found out about Joyce.  She was definitely a special lady and friend.  She loved her bowling and always enjoyed being with everyone.  She will be missed by many but I know she is striking it rich in Heaven.  Rest In Peace my dear one.

I will cherish our time together.  We always had so much fun together whether we were bowling, making cards or talking about making cards but most of all our talks and lunches at your house.  You will be missed.

My heart was broken this morning!  Joyce has been such an inspiration to me.  I will miss seeing her sweet, smiling face and  the hugs I received from her during our bowling sessions.  Will miss my friend.   Heaven and the angels are rejoicing, a new angel has arrived...

I saw Joyce and Vivian in Belk’s last Thursday. I gave them both a hug goodbye.  I’m so happy I got to see Joyce one last time. She was a very sweet lady and she will be greatly missed by our bowling family. RIP Ma! 

I am going to miss you, my friend.  We had some great times together.  I will cherish the memories always.
