Julia served for the Department of Defence and retired after 30 years. She was also active with Craven County GOP.
She is survived by her husband Ron Capshaw; daughter, Kim Snell (Chris); son, Randy Capshaw and grandchildren, Emily Fagan (Trey) and Haley Snell.
A service will be held at 11:00 am on June 3, 2023 at Greenleaf Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel.
