Joyce Phillips Olsen, 85, of New Bern, died August 21, 2013 at UNC Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by two sons, James R. Washington of Salem, VA; John F. Loftus of Laguna Hills, CA; two sisters, Winifred P. Williams and Grace P. Mayes, both of New Bern; and three grandchildren.
