Margaret Rita Lynch Johnson, 97, of New Bern, died September 19, 2013 at River Point Crest Nursing & Rehab Center.

She is survived by children, Daniel F. Johnson of New Bern; James V. Johnson of Manheim, PA; Leo John Johnson of Baldwinsville, NY; Margaret David of Lewes, Delaware; Mary J. Bacalles of Corning, NY; two sisters, Mary Heaney and Cecilia Souther; 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Services will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at St. Martins Catholic Church in Amityville, NY followed by burial in Trinity Cemetery.
