He retired from Hatteras Yachts as a spray painter after 38 years of service.
Marvin is survived by four daughters; Cindi Manley of Cave City, KY, Rhonda Rolison of New Bern, Sheila Bannister of New Bern, and Penny Baker of New Bern; one sister, Juanita Dunlap of Greensboro, NC; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Greenleaf Memorial Park, Monday, July 7, 2014 at 10:00am, at the Lakeside Chapel.
Arrangement entrusted to Cotten Funeral Home and Crematory.
