She was preceded in death by her parents Odis E. Williams and Mamie Stalls Williams, brothers
Wilson R Williams and Richard L Williams. She leaves behind her husband Ray Ipock, her
daughter Melissa Bell Webb and husband Bobby (Bud) of Hobgood NC son Michael Bell and
wife Stephanie, 2 granddaughters Allie and Lillian Bell of Tarboro, step-mother Mary Vick
Williams of Tarboro, sisters Adele Troth and husband Todd of Pinetops NC , Penny Webb and
husband Mike, Amy Bullock Rowland all of Tarboro, Lynn Bullock Winstead and husband Mark
of Rocky Mount N C, brothers Odis Williams, Jr. and wife Gail of Downingtown PA, Earl
Williams and Tracy Bullock of Tarboro NC, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Broad Creek
Christian Church. The family will receive friends following the service.
