My only brother Mike you were so kind hearted and loved helping others when in the time of need . you could fix just about anything that needed fixing and taking good care pf your sisters you were there for us always . i will miss your laugh it was so much fun to hear you laugh kind of a sneaky little laugh i can still hear it when i think of you ! watch over us here and give my son Brian a hug grandma bonnie and papa too love always in my heart deedee

My Uncle Mike was truly one of the kindest souls I’ve ever known. His warm, genuine laugh could fill a room, and I honestly can’t recall a single time I saw him lose his temper.

Some of my favorite memories are of him walking into Grandma’s house and heading straight for the kitchen to see what she was cooking. She always made him a plate, and he always sat down to enjoy it — like a tradition between them that never faded.

He deeply loved his sisters and was always looking out for them, especially my mom. In recent years, she lovingly returned that care, helping make it possible for him to stay in his home — something that meant so much to him.

As we get older, we begin to understand that even though death brings heartache, it can also be a gift. I pray Uncle Mike has found a peaceful place with a big pond to fish, boats to tinker with, Grandma’s cooking waiting for him, and a heart full of laughter again.

It’s hard to put into words how much you’ll be missed. As your sister and caregiver for the past six years, I was honored to help you stay in the comfort of your own home—where you felt most at peace. You were surrounded by love every step of the way. Our hearts are heavy, but we take comfort knowing your pain is gone and you are now reunited with loved ones in heaven. Your strength, your laughter, and your presence will forever be with us. Mike’s gone but he will never be forgotten.He was a great father-in-law,definitely a family man that loved to spend time with family and friends and he enjoyed creating memories that we will all treasure for our lives .He was a jack of all trades,their wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix.He was always full of encouraging words. I’ll always cherish our memories throughout the years of going camping,boat  rides and him riding his Harley motorcycle down to Jax to help Jamie to fix things around the house.You’ll forever be in my memory with love always and forever Jennifer Fogle

I had the absolute honor of being Mike’s caregiver for two years, and in that time, he became so much more than just a client—he became family. He was one of the kindest, most thoughtful souls I’ve ever met. Always trying to give, even when he had little to give. He constantly looked out for me and even my son, which meant more than I can say. His heart was pure, his spirit gentle, and he truly left a mark on my life. I will carry his memory with me always. He will be so deeply missed.
