Phyllis Darlene Mott, 82 of Havelock, died September 8, 2012 at home.
She was a long-time member of Havelock Church For Christ.
She is survived by one daughter, Deanna Mott of Havelock.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Havelock Church For Christ.
