Sandra "Sandy" Jean Stephens, 63, of New Bern, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was born April 20, 1960, to the late Harold and Ruby Stephens.
She is survived by her brother-in-law, Richard Maher; nephew, Brad (Crystal); nieces, Bridgett and Melissa; great-nephews, Ruben and Jacob; great-nieces, Mary, Julia, and Penelope; and many loving family members.
Along with her parents, Sandy is preceded in death by her sister, Ambra Maher.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 1, 2023, at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
