

Sara Beth Taylor Webber, 41, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones on December 7, 2017. She fought a valiant battle with Kidney Cancer for over a year. Sara was a beautiful hardworking, loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother who had a smile that was warm and welcome. Her favorite affirmations were about love and family and her mission statement was written “Live your life to the fullest and with heart for good things”. She was employed by Republic Services for 15 years. Sara was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She was born on March 20, 1976, on the 1st day of spring, in New Bern, North Carolina to Thomas and Betty Arnold Taylor. She was married to Paul Webber on July 7, 2007 in Craven County and is survived by him, and children; Taylor Fernandez, 23 of Calabash, NC, Abigail Fernandez, 20, Wilson Webber, 12, and Henry Webber, 10, of the home, Cove City, NC, Stepson, Aaron Webber, 24, wife Grace, of Cove City and Grandchildren Sophia and Liam. She is also survived by her parents, Thomas and Betty Taylor of Cove City, her maternal Grandmother, Joan Arnold of Vanceboro, NC and her paternal Grandfather, Thomas R. Taylor Sr. of Fort Barnwell, NC. She has three sisters, Amy (Gilbert) Beery of New Bern, Susan (Jason) Painter of Pensacola, Florida, and Emily (Matthew) Rogers of Clayton, NC and brother Joseph (Jessica) Taylor of Vanceboro, NC. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Sara is preceded in death by her Grandmother, Peggy W. Taylor and her Grandfather, John Arnold.
Visitation will be Tuesday December 12 at Cotten Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 1207 Forest Drive, New Bern, NC 28562 on December 13, 2017 at 10 am. Burial will follow be at the McCoy Cemetery located at 250 Mark McCoy Road, Cove City, NC 28523.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the Webber Family to help with expenses.
