He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Janet Kuharich of New Bern; daughter, Tracy Ann Franzoso of Abingdon, MD; son, Kevin Kuharich (Noelle)
of Philadelphia, PA; one grandson, Steven Kuharich of Philadelphia, PA; and sister and brother-in-law, Marsha and Kenneth Tuthill of Mooresville, NC.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Steven' name to Craven County Hospice.
Arrangements are in the care of Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory.
