Tom Lee Stidham

STIDHAM, Tommy L., age 86 of Washington, NC , passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Navion New Bern, NC with his loving wife and daughter at his side. He was born on October 30, 1939 in Dayton, OH, son of the late Hugh & Lillie (Crider) Stidham. Tom was a devoted husband and father as well as an avid golfer and “The Ohio State” Football fanatic. Professionally, Tom was a State Farm Agent/Executive for 30 years throughout the State of Ohio. In retirement he resided in Crossville, TN and Washington, NC. He was also member of the 1st Baptist Church in Washington, NC.

Tom is survived by his wife of 66 years, Twila Myers Stidham. Tom had 2 Daughters, Teresa Jenkins (Deceased) and Tracey Stidham – Son in Law, Larry Rhinehart; 2 brothers: Russel (deceased) and John Stidham; a sister, Mildred Thompson; 3 grandchildren, Justina Jenkins, James T. Jenkins and Jade Jenkins; and his favorite companion dogs Cayman and Cozzie, as well as extended family and wonderful friends.

The family appreciates your love and support and in keeping with Tom’s wishes, a formal Memorial Service will not be conducted.
