William Cleveland Mullennex, 82 of New Bern, died August 4, 2011 at home.
He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Judy, one son, William Michael Mullennex and wife Connie of Washington, DC; three daughters, Pamela Mitchell of High Point; Jenny Matonic and husband Justin of Raleigh; Billie Jo Mullennex of Greensboro; and three grandchildren, Jordan Mitchell, Danny Mullennex and Matilda Matonic.
Services with military honors will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Lakeside Chapel, Greenleaf Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:00 pm Firday, August 5, 2011 at Cotten Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank Dr. Cho, his nurse Amanda, and the staff of New Bern Cancer Care.
