He proudly served his country by joining the Navy in the 1940s. Bill enjoyed many outdoor adventures, such as boating, fishing, and camping. Bill and Priscilla went on several cruises exploring different tropical locations.
William is survived by sons, Donald Oblander and wife, Gloria, and Duane Oblander and wife, Lori; grandsons, Ryan Oblander and Adran Oblander; and 4 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his grandsons, Troy Oblander and Jeremy Oblander.
