Alvin F. Seibert, 88, of New Braunfels, TX, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014 at Warm Springs Specialty Hospital in New Braunfels. He was born to Aloysius C. Seibert and Lorine (Baehl) Seibert in Poseyville, Indiana on February 19, 1925. He is survived by daughters, Deborah Durham and husband Jimmy of Duncan, OK, Cheryl Remmler of New Braunfels; and son, Richard L. Seibert and wife Jaylene of New Braunfels; sisters, Mary Robinson and Jeanette Kissel of Indiana; six grandsons, five great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elizabeth Seibert; and son, Wayne Seibert.
Public visitation will begin 5:00 PM Friday at Zoeller Funeral Home and will continue until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, January 17, 2014 at Zoeller Funeral Home with Tom Cobb officiating. Entombment will follow in Sts. Peter & Paul Mausoleum. Arrangements under the direction of Zoeller Funeral Home, New Braunfels, TX.
