Tardy, but yet my very sincere sympathy to Beverly's family and friends.  She was the most comforting nurse where I took my father--both to me and my Daddy!  I so enjoyed viewing the photos and getting to know this wonderful lady even more.  I could tell she loved her family, dogs and the beach.  Love and sympathy to all.

Corky, I can't say how sorry I am and wish I could attend but can't find anyone to bring me. Bev was one of the nicest people I have ever known and I treasured her friendship. She was always doing for others. I will miss her greatly and hope, if there is ever anything you need, you will let me know.

I cannot find words to express my sadness. Beverly was my high school sweetheart, we went to the Senior Prom together among many other events.  She came to the high school reunions most years, and it was a delight to have her share her life with us.  She will be missed terribly.

My condolences to Greg and the rest of the Maddox family. Your mom was a person I thank God for allowing to have met. I worked for her one summer and the love and respect she showed me is a memory i will never forget. Her beautiful heart and spirit reminds me of my own mother. We were all truly blessed to share in that beauty. Love you Bev.

Rebecca/Greg - I was terribly sad to hear about Beverly's passing away. As you know, she and my mom have been great friends for around 40 years!  Hard to believe.  She mentioned to me how she remembers meeting her at a baseball game when the two of you, Tony, and I were playing.  We had some great memories growing up and I know my mom will miss Bev terribly.  My heart goes out to you and your families.

Beverly will always be part of my fondest memories. She was a true friend and neighbor. Over the years she helped me more than anyone will ever know. She and Corky were always ready to help with anythng any time.

I and many others are still in shock at our loss at Grace Memorial. My heart hurts. Beverly was a beloved member.Corky, I feel your pain.

As time passes, we get caught up in our lives and memories slip to the back of our minds.  When I read that your mom had left this earth, I had some very good memories come back to visit.  I remember a very sweet and fun lady who obviously loved you.  Moms fill our hearts so full it is inevitable that they will leave a deep hole when they leave us. I pray that you find comfort in the upcoming days. I've walked this walk - I'm still standing and you will too. Hugs, my friend.

Beverly was the hub of our blended family. She knitted us together with her love. 
For me, Bev was a model of feminine independence.
My dad's stories of her joining the military when she was such a young woman, alone, from a small town. And my memories of Christmases and Independence Days where large numbers of friends and family would commingle, effortlessly will be little jewels to treasure. That was Bev, from my view; a quietly strong, loyal, maker and keeper of happy spaces and an independent business woman. Mostly she was love.

Aunt Bev always greeted us with a loving hug and smile. She was a great mother and there is an emptiness once again in our family. God bless her  she was loved dearly

Beverly was such a loving person and such a good friend. I truly miss her.
