Cheryl - Many years ago, you were my first friend in Austin, responsible for bringing Jeff and I together, helping us with Cody and even our transition back out of state. You were an amazing person, a caring friend and a great coworker. You will be dearly missed!

Cheryl hired me for PSI in Montgomery Alabama, she has always been there for me on good days and bad days, I will miss our email conversation and her laugh. She always has made me feel that i could do this job and that i was not just a employee of PSI but a family member of PSI,this upcoming year I will dedicate my 3day walk for a cure(Susan G komen) in honor of one of my fallen soldiers of the Fight for a cure.

Cheryl was my associate with PSI for 9 years here in Richardson, TX. My memories of her were always of a sincere and professional person that I had the pleasure of working with her. May God continue to shine on her family.

Cheryl was my supervisor here in Richardson, TX, and she showed herself to be a very caring and professional person of the highest caliber. I have only been with PSI since March and that is when I met her when she hired me by phone. She will be greatly missed by me and our other Proctors here in DallasRichardson 1 office.

I met Cheryl in 2004 when we awarded the contract to PSI to deliver the state examinations.  Cheryl was always a friendly face to see.  My sincere condolences to the family.

Cheryl was my friend and supervisor for the last 6 years.  What an honor it was to have known such a gem, she will be missed.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time.

I first met Cheryl in January 2013 when I accompanied my wife, Shelly, to a PSI company function at Universal City, CA. We picked Cheryl up at the L.A. International Airport and when we were introduced to each other, it was like we had known each other for some time.

I recall her wanting to see some of the sights in Southern California, and since I had been there several times before, I helped act as an informal tour guide for her. The three of us enjoyed going to Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards, dinner and drinks in Malibu, and something she really wanted to see, the LaBrea Tar Pits.

She was wonderful company and I know that she and Shelly had an incredibly tight bond with one another. While there will be a deep sense of loss in our lives, we are thankful that she does not have to suffer further from the disease that took her life far too early.

Rest in peace, Cheryl, for now you are with the angels and have life eternal. I hope we meet again sometime in the future. Until then, you always will be in our prayers.

The very first time I met Cheryl, in 2010, I felt like I had known her my whole life. And while she started out as a co-worker, she became so much more to me than that. She took me under her wing and taught me so much about my job, and for that I thank her.  I talked to Cheryl every day and we became such dear friends, way beyond co-workers for sure.  I always said she was my fourth sister because we shared everything, work matters mostly, but also personal stories, family matters, etc.  She was someone I could always count on and know that she would be there for me.  I always missed her when she would go on vacation and I just can't imagine anybody filling her shoes.  My heart is so heavy with sadness and I will miss her each and every day.  Rest in peace my dear friend.

I was very sad to hear this.  Cheryl was one of those unforgettable ones with a good sense of comedy and a sharp mind.  She knew her business!  Bless you, Cheryl, and your family.

She was my supervisor for 2 years and she was a very pleasant lady to work with

I only knew Ms. Cheryl for a short amount of time - just a handful for months. But I can honestly say that she was one of the best. She would always go above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any questions I had. Even with the miles between us, she accepted me with open arms and there was never a conversation that was not filled with laughter and kind words. I will always remember how she would be tossed into a fit of giggles over my over-use of the word 'awesome'. You are awesome and you'll be missed here on Earth, Ms. Cheryl, Heaven has definately gained an angel in you. My thoughts and prayers are with the Fischer family.

Like all of us who worked under Cheryl I am saddened and shocked by her passing.  She will be missed by so many.  My sincere sympathies to her family and loved ones.

Cheryl was my Supervisor for 6 1/2 years. She was always good to me and very helpful. I always felt comfortable calling on her when I had questions. I'll miss her laughter and humor and professionalism. Losing her has been a shock. She will be missed by many.
