December 17th was Duward A. Bradfute’s day. He was born into this world in Bee County, TX on that day in 1934. 84 years later, on that day, he was born into the kingdom. His kindness and gentleness will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He served his country honorably in the Army before his career that led him to be district manager of Western Auto automotive stores for 23 years in El Paso, TX. After this, he achieved his lifelong goal of starting a business. He started Bradzoil 10 Minute Oil change with his brothers in New Braunfels and Seguin. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Teresa; his brother Byron and wife Kay; his son, Todd and his grandchildren: Jeanne Jacqueline, Dominic, and Yeshua; and his daughter, Sherie and her partner, Richard and son, Patrick. The visitation will be Wednesday, 12/26/2018 5-9 pm, Zoeller Funeral Home 615 Landa St. New Braunfels TX, 78130. The funeral service will be Thursday, 12/27/2018 11am, New Braunfels Church of Christ 1665 S. Business IH35 New Braunfels TX, 78130. The burial will be Friday, 12/28/2018 at 9:30am, Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd. San Antonio TX 78209. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor may be made to Hope Hospice (611 N. Walnut Ave., New Braunfels, TX 78130) without whom these final days would have been much more difficult.
