Herman Charles Chapman, 73, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on May 31, 2021 at his home. He was born to Wilson Chapman and Margaret Chapman in New Braunfels, Texas on December 17, 1947. He is survived by his wife, Becky Chapman; daughter, Jenny Stevens and Richard Elliott; step-daughter, Amanda; brother, Jimmy Chapman and wife Annie; brother, Preston Chapman; sister, Virleen Moon and husband Tony; sister, Penny Zimmerman and husband Kevin; and sister, Agnes Camereno; special pets, Tiny and Bear; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Public Visitation will begin 5:00 PM at Zoeller Funeral Home Tuesday and continue until 9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Zoeller Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Boston officiating. Interment will follow in Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
