Funeral arrangements are complete at Zoeller Funeral Home for Jean W. Armstrong who passed away on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the age of 85. She is survived by Daughter Sandra Hooper and Husband Scott Hooper, Daughter Cynthia Armstrong and Granddaughter Deanna Hesseltine, Son Scott Armstrong and wife Sylvie. Visitation will be Monday July 22, 2013 from 9 am until 11 am at Zoeller Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Monday at 1:30 pm at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
