

Joni Jean Parker passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025 surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 2, 1953, Joni was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend whose warmth and kindness touched every life she encountered.
Joni was known for her fierce love of family and her unwavering willingness to help anyone in need. Her home was always a place of comfort and hospitality, where love was felt in every meal she prepared – her cooking was just one of the many ways she showed care for those around her.
She is survived by her loving husband James Parker Sr., and their son James Parker Jr., along with his wife Katrina Parker. Joni’s legacy lives on through her grandchildren; Jacob Neffendorf, Tyler Parker, and Cara Biasiolli; and her great-grandchildren; Kristin Neffendorf, Carter Neffendorf, and Stevie Biasiolli. She is also survived by her brothers Jay, Tim, and Jack Windham, and her sisters Cynthia Maiorka and Lanette Neffendorf.
She was preceded in death by her parents HC and Lanelle Windham, her beloved in-laws Mike, Fannie, and Beverly Parker, and her brother Stevie Windham.
Joni’s legacy of love, strength, and generosity will continue to live on through the lives of her family and all who were blessed to know her.
A visitation and viewing will occur Monday, April 14, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Zoeller Funeral Home. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
