Lola Jandt Hanz

Lola Meta Jandt Hanz, 83, passed away on January 30, 2017 at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in New Braunfels, Texas. Lola was born on August 10, 1933 to Rudolph Samuel Jandt and Eltonie Jane Funke Jandt. Lola worked for Hexcel Manufacturing Company in Seguin, Texas for 38 years and retired in 1998. She looked forward to family gatherings and loved seeing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was always active in her church.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Loraine Reiley; infant brother, Andrew Jandt; and infant grandson Joshua Richard Kleinjan. She is survived by her four daughters, Joyce Dale and husband Alan, Connie Kennedy and husband Wayne, Beverley Kleinjan and husband David, Sharon Saenz and husband Roy, all of New Braunfels, Texas. She is also survived by grandchildren, Sally Pylant, Gary Kennedy, Kate Kennedy, Jeffrey Kleinjan, Emily Kleinjan, Sara Moses, and Zacarry Saenz; and great-grandchildren, Joshua Pylant, Caleb Pylant, and Elijah Rosales-Herring.

A public visitation will be held at Zoeller Funeral Home on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will take place at Zoeller Funeral Home on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., with burial to follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
