Matthew Scott Waters passed away on September 6, 2022 at the age of 45. Matthew was born in Statesboro, Georgia on July 15, 1977. Matthew was preceded in death by his father Willie Mitchell Waters and stepfather Herbert Leroy Doege. Matthew is survived by his mother Linda Doege; children Rhiannon Waters and Mattie Waters (Nicholas); grandson William Smith; brother Gregory (Christy); sisters Georgia Walker, Maria Waters, Sandy Votion (Tray), Shannah Donhauser (Eddie), Theresa Young (Rene); and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at New Braunfels Bible Church on September 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
