He was born to Jose Pena and Gloria Martinez on May 5, 1933, but raised by Guadalupe Sr. and Aurora Sendejo in Floresville, Texas.
He is survived by his daughter Lydia Lagunas of New Braunfels, Texas and his son Cris Pena of San Francisco, California; Grandchildren Laura Guerrero of New Braunfels, Texas, Jessica Lagunas of San Antonio, Texas and Stephanie Lagunas of New Braunfels, Texas; Great-Grandchildren Aaleeya Longoria, Jayden Martinez, Roman De La Garza, Lilah De La Garza and Jemma Lagunas Ponce; Sisters Dora S Leal, Eloisa DeHoyas and Brother Guadalupe Sendejo Jr.
Pedro was preceded in death by his birth parents Jose and Gloria Pena and parents who raised him Guadalupe Sr and Aurora Sendejo. He was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters Juan Pena, Raul Pena, Esperanza Compian, Elodia Cordova and Adela Silva.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm - 9 pm on Tuesday October 6, 2020 with rosary recited at 7pm at Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday October 7, 2020 at 10 am at Holy Family Church in New Braunfels. Interment followed at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
