He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Judy Ullrich Koch; sisters, Minnie Bell DuBose, Lillian Bostick, Jewel Herrington, and Mary Vail; and sister-in-laws, Peggy Ullrich and Joy Koch. Percy is survived by his son, Michael Wayne Koch; brother, William (Bob) Koch; dear friend, Linda Alcoser; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Percy will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 at 4:00 PM at St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Marion, West Wetz St., Marion, Texas.
