He married Fayelyn Schulz in 1962. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Fayelyn Mills, and the following siblings: Morris Wilford Mills, Louis Douglas Mills, Annie Bernice Foster, Laford Lair Mills, Sytha Marie Becka, Lonnie Frankie Mills, Charles Barney Mills and Donald Ray Mills.
He is survived his son Dusty Mills and wife Tammy; grandsons Zachary Mills and Austin Mills; his sister Jesse Moore and sister Patsy Hammond.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Zoeller Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at10:00 a.m. at Zoeller Funeral Home.
