William Jonathan Haney

William Jonathan Haney (Will) was born in Houston on March 4, 1979 and lived most of his life in Baytown. Will went to be with the Lord prematurely on January 21st, 2012 in New Braunfels. He graduated from Lee High School in 1997 and attended Lee College. He had been the proud owner of his own landscaping business in Baytown. Will was a kind and generous person who would never fail to help anyone in need. He loved his family and especially his nieces and nephews who he delighted in playing with and finding them unique gifts. Will is survived by his parents, Ron and Gina Haney of New Braunfels, twin brother and wife, Matt and Priscilla Haney of San Antonio, and his older brother and wife, Ryan and Johneice Haney of Houston. He also is survived by his beloved nieces and nephews, Sarah, John, Jeremy, and Samantha Haney. A memorial service will be held for Will on Thursday, January 26th at 6 P.M. with visitation to follow at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Baytown. Interment will be private in New Braunfels. Memorials may be made to Gruene United Methodist Church, 2629 E. Common St, New Braunfels, Tx 78130 where Will had been volunteering with the food bank, Adopt-a-Highway, and the Angel Tree.
