Aleksander Zwolinski, 73, of Dania Beach, Florida passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born December 12, 1951, in Grajewo, Poland he was a son of the late Jan Zwolinski and Irena (Maciorowski) Zwolinski.
In his younger years he was an avid soccer player, having played for the Hartford Polish Club, Falcon’s Club of New Britain and PNA Club of Wallingford. He enjoyed watching his favorite team, Manchester United play in addition to any and all soccer games. He loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandsons. Olek’s passion for travel led him and Donna around the world seeking out new adventures.
Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave, New Britain, CT. A mass of Christian burial will follow at 10am at Holy Cross Church, 31 Biruita St., New Britain. The burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that a mass be offered in Aleksander’s name.
