Cesario was the son of the late Sebastiano and Cesaria (Tuccitto) Fraello, and the devoted husband of 57 years to Concetta (Gallitto) Fraello. Born on November 21, 1933 in Sortino, Province of Siracusa, Sicily, Italy, he came to the United States in 1967. Cesario was a very talented man, one of these talents being the masonry work that he did for A & S Construction for many years, retiring in 1991. He loved working in his garden, tending to his fig trees and helping Concetta cook for many family dinners at their dining room table filled with lots of love and laughter. Cesario cherished his family more than life itself. He taught them what it meant to be loving, kind and non-judgmental. He was a gentle man who treated everyone with respect and affection. Cesario left this world the way he lived it, peacefully and with dignity. Cesario leaves three sons, Sebastian Fraello and his wife Antonietta (Campagna) Fraello of Berlin, Joseph Fraello and his fiancée, Christina Olivia, of Middletown, and Mark Fraello and his wife Karla (Clawson) of Holly Springs, North Carolina. He also leaves behind his daughter Chessie Fraello, with whom he made his home in Berlin. What made him the proudest in this world were the 6 grandchildren that God blessed him with, Danielle, David, Valerie, William and his wife Colleen (McCarthy), Anthony and John Fraello; as well as 2 great-grandchildren, Camryn and Kylie. Cesario was pre-deceased by a brother, Sebastiano, in 2013, and a sister-in-law, Sarina, in 2010. He leaves behind six brothers and four sisters, all of Italy, Vincenzo, Giuseppe, Sofio, Francesco, Gino, and Salvatore Fraello, Lina Custode, Gina Boscarino, Angela Vinci and Maria Belluomo. Cesario also leaves many loving neighbors, friends, Comares and Compares.
