

She was born near Stanislawow-Kresy, Poland and was the daughter of the late Jan and Anna (Liszka) Jarosz and a beloved and devoted wife of 63 years to Albin Sypko.
She has lived many years in New Britain, retired from General Electric Company after 15 years of service and was a active member of the Polish Community. She always had a smile and a kind word for everyone and was always the first to offer a helping hand to any one in need. She was a devoted member of Holy Cross Church and Holy Cross Rosary Society, throughout the years she was first to help with every event that the church sponsored. She was a long time member of Kolo Przyjaciol Harcerstwa- Polish Scouting Auxiliary. Mrs. Sypko with her husband faithfully decorated the outdoor alter for the Polish Dozynki and she planted flowers around the Katyn Monument since it was erected. Although she helped all in need her greatest joy was cooking her special meals and spending time with her beloved family.
Besides her devoted husband, Albin she will be dearly missed by her four children with their spouses, Roman Sypko of New Britain; Edmund Sypko of Poland; Basia and Bernard Pacyniak of Chicago and Dr. Teresa and Jozef Szajda of Farmington.
She leaves twelve beloved grandchildren with spouses who where her pride and joy, Marcin and Sara; Adam and Jenny; Basia and Albert; Pawel and Marina; Philip, Gabriel and Elizabeth, Korina, Susan and Ian, Michael, Konrad and Iza, Kalina and Kasper, and four cherished great grandchildren, Tyler, Fiona, Matthew and Thaddeus..
She leaves a brother, Stanislaw Jarosz; and two sisters, Dr. Bronislawa Jeziorzanska, Janina Klos and several sisters in law all of Poland. and many nieces and nephews and cousins She was predeceased by four brothers and one sister.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 8:00 AM at New Britain Memorial/Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain followed by the funeral liturgy at 9:00 AM at Holy Cross Church.
Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Friday, March 19, 2010 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home, (directions, Exit 37 offI-84 take a right at the exit, 1 ½ miles on your right.
In Lieu of Flowers memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Missionary Sisters of St. Peter Claver, 5634 South 72nd Court, Summit, IL 60501-1342
