Marian Wojciechowski

Marian H. Wojciechowski, 67, of New Britain, beloved husband of Marianna (Oleszkiewicz) Wojciechowski, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut with his family at his side. Marian was born in Zyrardow, Poland on December 22, 1953 and was the son of the late Zygmunt and Marianna (Malec) Wojciechowski. Marian was educated in Poland and was employed there as a tractor assembler before coming to America. He retired from the TOMZ Corporation of Berlin, CT as a factory worker after many years of service. After he retired, Marian could always be found working on many projects around the house, both inside and outside. He always was busy doing something. When he wasn’t busy, Marian loved to talk politics, which made him very spirited. He would also occasionally watch his beloved Polish National Football Team. But it was spending time with his family that he enjoyed the most. Besides his wife, Marian is survived by his two sons; Piotr and his wife Sylwia of Farmington, and Pawel of Poland and by his lovely daughter Dorothy and her fiancé Phillip Kulaga of Canton. Marian is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Alicia and Alexander, and by his brother Stanislaw and his sister Janina both of Poland. He is also survived by his brother in law Eugene Oleskiewicz and his wife Wladyslawa of Southington and by his sister in law Stanislawa Ruszczyk also of Southington and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian burial for Marian will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 9:30 AM from the funeral home and at 10:00 AM in Holy Cross Church, 31 Biruta Street, New Britain. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends and relatives may visit with the family on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Britain Memorial/Donald D.
