Maureen (Moe) Walker, 73, wife of the late Elton Walker Jr. passed away on February 24, 2024, at Hartford Hospital. She was born in New Britain, CT on June 9, 1950, to the late Neil McKechnie and Yvette Burgoin-McKechnie.
Moe loved cooking for friends and family, avid DIYer, and spending time camping and at the beach.
She is survived by a daughter, Dominique Mendes of New Britain, a son Stephen Zapor of New Britain, grandchildren; Lauren Burby, Arrianna Zapor and Stephen Palumbo and one great grandchild; Messiah Marshal-Zapor.
