Maurice Guilmette 83 passed away July 9, 2011. A life-long resident of New Britain, born May 31, 1928, to Omer and Alice Guilmette, he retired from American Hardware/Emhart. A WWII and Korean Veteran served in the Army. He is predeceased by his loving wife Yvette and survived by sons Ronald and fiancé Deborah and Mark of Florida, daughters Denise Girardin and husband Dick of New Britain and Jeanette Goguen and husband David of Cromwell, sister Germaine of New Hampshire, and grandchildren Tommy, Cindy and husband John, Michelle and husband Ryan, Dean, Erica, Allison and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be on July 13th at 10 AM at St. Elizabeth Seton in Rocky Hill.
