Pasquale Ierna, 90, beloved husband of Concetta (Messina) Ierna for 65 years, of Newington, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2013. He was born in Floridia, Sicily, Italy, on August 1, 1922. Pasquale was the son of the late Antonio and Paola (Aliano) Ierna. Pasquale came to the United States in 1949 and was employed by the Wire Mold Co until his retirement.
He is also survived and will be dearly missed by his son, Anthony Ierna of Newington, his daughter, Paula Linda Reed and her husband John of Lebanon and his granddaughter, Alexandra Ierna Reed.
Calling hours will be Monday, January 28, 2013 from 3-6pm at the New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain.
