Raymond Daniel Dumais

Raymond D. Dumais, 72, of New Britain, Connecticut, passed away October 21, 2015. He was born in Hartford, a son of the late Silvio and Cecile (Daigle) Dumais. Ray was a communicant of Saint Francis of Assisi Church in New Britain and was a lifelong Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiast. He was a member of the Old Pharts M/R Club, the Hartford Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), the French Model Club and participated in the Four Corners motorcycle tour. He will be especially missed by the Tuesday night boys. He took his friendships seriously and was good hearted and thoughtful. He was predeceased by his wife Mary (Malinowski) Dumais in 2011. He is survived by his sons, Kevin Dumais of New Britain and Michael Dumais of Springfield, MA, his brother Nelson Dumais of Maine and one grandson Ethan Dumais. Funeral services will be Tuesday October 27, 2015 at 9AM from the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Avenue, New Britain, followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial 10AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 1755 Stanley St, New Britain, CT. Burial will be private.
