Teresa Clavijo, 85 of Hartford, Connecticut peacefully passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. Teresa was born and raised in Guayama, Puerto Rico in the year 1943, and then moved to Hartford, Connecticut, in the year 1956. She was very active in her Community, and was well loved by family and friends. In her later years of life and declining health she was admitted to The Ledge Crest Health Car in Berlin CT, were she lived her remaining life, and was well taken care by the entire staff.
She is survived by her two sons, Norberto Andino and Rafael Hernandez, and by two sisters, Ramona Gonzalez and Juanita Serrano. She will also be greatly missed by her seven beloved grandchildren, Daniel, Joseph, Tasha, Mariano, Michael, Angel and Sammy. She is also survived by her four great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Nilah, Adriana and Antonio along with so many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Loving and kind in all her ways, upright and just to the end of her days. Sincere and true, in her heart and mind. Beautiful memories, she left behind.
Calling Hours will be held at New Britain Memorial and Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, located at 444 Farmington Ave, New Britain, Connecticut at 10am on June 4th.
