Chinnamma Peter

CHINNAMMA PETER KOYITHARA was born in Cherpunkal on July 4, 1926 to the Valloor family. She married to Peter (Kunjukutty) Koyithara, from Uzhavoor, on May 20, 1946 and they were blessed with 9 children who in turn gave her 24 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren by 2024. She made her first trip to the USA with her husband in 1983 and moved to USA full-time around 2016 where she was living with her youngest son. She was strong in her Catholic faith and the matriarch of our family. She commanded respect with her sassiness and taught us to value our family. After 97 years, on January 31, 2024, she was called to heaven where she was joined by her husband and two children. She will truly be missed and her legacy will live on through the many lives she has impacted.
