Helen Mary McKenna, 87, of New City, NY died May 30, 2014. Helen McKenna, daughter of John and Mary Foppiani and wife of 50 years to Jack McKenna, passed away after her battle with cancer. She is survived by her children, John, Ken, Bob and Judy, and five grandchildren. A devoted mother, Helen's strong faith, kindness and unwavering love was cherished by her family and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday at Higgins funeral home, New City, at 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral Mass will be at St. Augustine's at 10am on Wednesday followed by interment at Gethsemane Cemetery.
