Joseph John Lalli

Joseph John Lalli of Rockland County, New York was 82 years old when he passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 6, 2025. He is survived by his wife of sixty years - Lucia, his son Vincent, his daughter AnnaMaria, his son-in-law Christopher, and his grandson Joseph. He cherished his time spent with family especially with his grandson who has made him very proud.

Joseph was born in Bonefro, Italy to Vincenzo and Lucia Lalli on March 19, 1943. Joseph married his long time sweet heart - Lucia in 1966. Lucia is the backbone of the family. She always supported her husband in terms of his career and lovingly raised two children. Joseph’s success as a tile and marble foreman was a result of his pride and dedication to his work and because of Lucia’s love and compassion that she continually shares with the family. Joseph loved music, playing guitar, gardening and spending time with his loved ones and friends. He was a kind, trust worthy, and honorable man with a gentle soul. He exceeded our expectations at being an amazing husband, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. We will miss him more than words can say and look forward to the day when we are re-united in paradise with him.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday December 9, from 2 -7pm at Higgins Funeral Home.

A funeral mass will be held Wednesday December 10, at 10 AM at Saint Anthony’s Parish.

It will be followed by a burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
