Joseph Proce, 72 of Congers, NY died January 4, 2016. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 15, 1943. Joe is survived by his loving and caring son and daughter in law Andrew and Randi Proce, who lived with him; his brother Donald Proce of Las Vegas, NV and sister Louise Krantz of Ottawa Canada; also, survived by Josh and Cindy Proce of Stony Point; his four grandchildren: Thomas, Mallory, Isabella and Bryanna. His wife, Peg Proce, predeceased him only 19 months ago. Family will receive friends on Friday, January 8th from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City. Services will be held at 7:30pm at the funeral home.
