Karen M. Hopper Henry passed away after a long battle with M.S. on May 20, 2015. Predeceased by George and Catherine Hopper. She will be dearly missed by her three children, Robert, Catherine, and Christopher. She is survived by her sister Linda Medina and her niece Dianna Robinson and nephews Paul Medina and Anthony Medina.Born July 8, 1954 in Suffern, NY and graduated Clarkstown High School. Karen spent her time as a hairstylist in her own shop in Haverstraw, NY from many years. She also spent her time volunteering with the Women's Auxiliary Corp at New City Fire Department.Family will receive visitors on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service, New City. A service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday.
