Katherine Ann Taggart passed away on June 30, 2013 at the age of 69. She was born on July 3, 1934 in New York, NY to John and Katherine (Fitzsimmons) Oliver. She was a paralegal for many years. Katherine will be missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 2nd from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd, 10am, at St. Augustine's Church, New City, followed by a private cremation.
