Kathleen T. Kelly

Kathleen T. Kelly, formerly of the Bronx and Hartsdale, New York died peacefully at Nyack Hospital on July 31 with her family by her side. Kathleen was born in the Bronx on September 28, 1932 to Edward J. and Julia Fitzgerald Kelly who emigrated from Ireland. She was a graduate of Cathedral High School in Manhattan and attended Pace University. She was employed for many years as an Administrative Assistant for Equitable Life Insurance Company and served diligently on her co-op board in Hartsdale. She was a devout Catholic and had a strong attachment to her Irish roots. Kathleen was kind, generous, and loving and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Kathleen was a cherished Aunt to her 13 nieces and nephews and a loving "Aunt Kathy" to her 28 grandnieces and nephews. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Helen Kelly and Rita Kelly and cousins in New York and Ireland. She was predeceased by her brothers, Thomas, William and Edward.

Visitation will be at Higgins Funeral Home on August 3rd from 4pm to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am on Saturday, August 4th at Sacred Heart Church, Hartsdale, New York. Donations can be made in Kathleen's name to St. Anselm's School, 685 Tinton Avenue, Bronx, New York 10455
