Madeline Lamagna

Madeline was born and raised in Bronx, NY. She graduated from New York University and taught elementary school until her children, Jackie and Joey were born. Following the birth of her children, she studied computer programming and worked as one of the very first programmers during the infancy of computers. Madeline loved spending time with her children and 5 grandchildren. In her retirement, she enjoyed traveling the country with her husband Tony and experiencing new places. She was a regular performer in the Rockland County Senior Citizen’s Show and she enjoyed being on stage and entertaining people.

Madeline is predeceased by her parents Connie and Louis, and her sister Agnes. She is survived by her loving husband Anthony Lamagna, her daughter Jackie and her son Joey, and their spouses, Rich and Danielle; her grandchildren Jenna, Jake, Ashley, Sophia, and Peyton, along with nieces Madeline and Christina, and brother-in-law Armond Lamagna.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 5, 2023 from 3-7pm at Higgins Funeral Home, 321 South Main Street, New City, NY. A mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 10am at St. Anthony’s Church, 36 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY.
