Margaret (Mae) Twiggs, 85, peacefully passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017, with her three daughters by her side. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Twiggs. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Anne Morgan (John), Kathleen King and Eileen Twiggs, her grandchildren Meghan, John and Laura, as well as many nieces and nephews. Wake will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2017, Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, New City, NY. Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 16, 2017, at 10:00 am, St. Paul's Church, Congers, NY.
