Nancy Bonsanti

Nancy was born on October 1st, 1965, to Frances “Bonnie” Bigica and Francis “Frank” Bigica in New York City. She grew up in the Astoria neighborhood of Queens, NY as well as New City, NY. A loving mother, aunt, sister and cousin, Nancy will be remembered for her quick wit, unwaveringly positive outlook, and fun personality. She centered her life around family and found her passion early on for the fashion industry, achieving an associates in fashion design

from Berkely College and founding boutique Exceptional Accessories alongside sister Susan as well as her own store, Ladie’s Choice, which she was incredibly proud of. Later in life, she found pleasure in a new field, working in the NICU at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ for 15 years where she met lifelong friends and made endless memories.

Nancy enjoyed holidays with her family, the Jersey shore, shopping, and being with her cat and dog. She left this world endlessly proud of her daughter, Anna, who fulfilled Nancy’s wishes by becoming a nurse just before her passing. She is survived by her daughter, Anna Bonsanti, and husband, Michael Bonsanti, of Mahwah, NJ, as well as her sister, Susan Camus, brother in law, James Camus, nieces Demitria Camus and Maria Camus, as well as nephew Frank Camus of Tappan, NY. Nancy always made it a point to celebrate every occasion in her loved ones’ lives to the fullest. Please join us in returning the favor by celebrating her beautiful life at her wake
