Nancy Ann Galuppo

Nancy A. Galuppo,73, of Nanuet, NY, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Beloved wife of Arthur. Proud mother of Lauren (John) and Kevin (Keri). Loving grandmother to Kathryn, Anna, Hayden, Tyler and Kelsey. Cherished daughter and sister of late Isabel, Joseph, and Butch (Joseph Jr.) Moscarella. Also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

Nancy was a dedicated worker within Rockland County spending most of her career working for the Journal News and most recently for Boces. As a devoted Catholic, she was an avid parishioner at St. Paul’s Church in Congers.

Nancy may have been small in stature, but she made up for it with her big heart. She had the gift of gab and would talk to you for hours. She loved to laugh and hers was infectious. She beat to her own drum (and clock) and never worried what others thought. She was an expert shopper and prided herself on finding the best bargain. She did not have a mean bone in her body and lived life to the fullest. Nancy loved her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Visiting hours are Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 3-7 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service, 113 Lake Rd, Congers, NY 10920. Mass 10am at St. Paul’s and burial at Gethsemane Cemetery in Rockland Lake to proceed the following morning on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Nancy’s honor can be made to the American Lung Association.
